 Our Foam Box is a compact, foaming and cleaning machine for use with kitchen canopies and building ductwork with high build up of grease deposits. The chemical from our Foam Box will lock onto the metal surfaces and gradually lubricate the grease allowing you to remove it effectively with a scourer or brush.
It comes with a trolley, trigger, hoses, a barrel of fresh water and a barrel of the chemical you have selected for the grease you need to remove, for larger scale jobs in big commercial kitchens we reccomend Heavy Duty Grease Cleaner but we can send you a full list of the chemicals we supply. It could be that one day ducts clean themselves via a fully automated built in system but we are not yet at that point yet, it seems some way off and could start off massively expensive. A large restaurant chain could find it more cost effective to have auto cleaning built into their ductwork if technology makes this possible at some point in the future.
For now manual cleans are the only real option. It is better to invest in a full set of duct cleaning machines for your teams to use, this saves both time and increases cleaning efficiency.
